Hey there -
Antarctica was just amazing. I have only touched the tip of, well, the iceberg with what I could wirte about it. I am disappointed by what I've put up on the site, but there's no time to make more adjustments at the moment. I'll have to get to more of it later. I am writing a hell of alot down here. This is inspirational country.
There's over a year's worth of stuff on that site and not all of it good, but some of it very good. I can't imagine that you'll like all of it. But there's a lot of room to look around. A lot of it is just my daily thoughts. I really wish I was travelling with a laptop down here. Maybe I won't as we are getting towards Bolivia now. It just seems so slow to write things out by hand. I really blaze ona keyboard. It's my tool of choice.
I really need to write more about Antarctica someday. It would be good to get into the Mystical aspects of it. The only thing I can think to say is that there is a certain energy to places where nature is left to play, places where there is less human interference with whatever energies are manifesting themselves. All of the wildlife, mostly uninterrupted by people and the landscape sharing the same qualities gives you an opportunity to feel what the energy of the earth must be like without anything to distract from it. This was something our ancestors may have experienced, but has been mostly lost to us in the recent centuries. Maybe it's a little of that we can feel down there.
At least that was my impression.
Hope all is well. We're in Salta, Arg. right now. Incredible landscapes. Next week, it's Bolivia.
Love,
Keith
